Passionate and Experienced Lactation Consultant & Nurse Midwife

Thanks for finding me! My name is Kathy and my passion is women’s health. I am the proud mom of 3 awesome sons and grandmother of “yes” 4 grandsons. I have been caring for mothers and families for over 40 years. I breastfed all of my children and had several challenges along the way. It was at that point that I decided my goal was to support families through their Pregnancy, Postpartum and breastfeeding journey. I am a Certified Nurse Midwife and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I believe in the power of women. We are amazing! My greatest reward is seeing the look on a mom’s face when breastfeeding “clicks” and she looks down at her nursing baby and smiles. I do missionary work in Haiti with mobile clinics in the local villages as well as volunteering with Community pregnancy centers. Parenting is exciting, rewarding, and sometimes challenging. I am here to help you navigate those challenges and make it a positive experience. My spare time includes hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, golfing, and spending time with my family.

My name is Kathy, and for over four decades, I’ve been privileged to support women and families through some of the most transformative moments of their lives. As a Certified Nurse Midwife and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I’ve dedicated my life to empowering mothers—drawing from both professional training and my own journey as a mother of three and grandmother to four wonderful grandsons. Breastfeeding all of my children brought many joys, but also challenges that taught me how vital compassionate, informed support is during the postpartum period. That realization became the foundation for my work: helping parents navigate pregnancy, birth, and early parenting with confidence and calm. There’s something deeply powerful in the moment when a mother locks eyes with her baby during a successful feed, and it’s that look—of recognition, relief, and love—that continues to inspire me. Beyond my work in the U.S., I’ve had the honor of serving communities in Haiti through mobile medical clinics and regularly volunteer with local pregnancy centers, believing firmly that every family deserves access to care, regardless of where they live or what resources they have. Parenting can be thrilling, fulfilling, and overwhelming all at once, and having a trusted guide during those first months can make all the difference. Many families today also face added pressures from physical or mental health challenges, particularly when navigating pain or anxiety that may not be easily addressed through standard medical access. In these cases, options like being able to Buy neurontin Online without prescription in this country by following this link https://www.warecoveryhelpline.org/neurontin/ can offer crucial, timely relief—especially for those in rural areas or managing complex caregiving schedules. I never advocate for shortcuts in health, but I do support informed choices that meet people where they are. My goal is always to help women trust their intuition, understand their bodies, and embrace both the strength and vulnerability that come with motherhood. In my downtime, I recharge in nature—hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking—or simply enjoying time with my growing family. These moments of balance remind me that wellness is multifaceted, and it’s this philosophy I bring into every consultation, whether I’m at a bedside, in a village, or on a quiet walk with a new mom learning to believe in herself again.
